A few years ago I booked a solo trip that quietly changed how I saw myself. I came home braver. I’ve been chasing that feeling (and helping other women find it) ever since.
I began solo traveling in 2012, and I founded One Girl Travel as a content creator and certified life coach, trained through The Life Coach School, and the same “do it alone” mindset I now teach women to lean on. It’s the idea I shared as a guest on the “Do It Alone” podcast: travel is one of the fastest ways a woman remembers who she is.
My work lives where storytelling meets wanderlust. Content that doesn’t just look beautiful, but makes people believe they could go too.

More than beautiful travel content
One Girl Travel started as a promise I made to myself: to stop waiting for the right time, the right person, or the perfect plan, and to go anyway.
In 2024 I took that promise on the road and sold out my first group trip to Italy, a week through Naples, Sorrento, and the Amalfi Coast with women who’d never traveled without a partner or a plan before. Watching them get braver by the day is the whole point.
So when I partner with a brand, it’s never just a pretty post. It’s an invitation, proof that this life, this place, this trip is possible for the woman watching.
